I had ordered online for irpo dual induction cookware after the ad was published in Times of India on 18.12.2015 paid the amount through PayUmoney.
After repeated reminders the consignment was received on 2.1.2016 after 17 days.
The consignment was not the same I had ordered, thid was hot plate stove and not induction cookware.
Sent compaint that the consignment will be returned and money refunded.
One person called from the office and after hearing my complaint said I can exchange the product with anothet of my choice.
Sent mail I wanted exchange this product with Kenstar Prince KIN14BP6 Induction Cooktop.
No reply received so far.
How many days will it take for the reply.
My advise to all DO NOT TRADE with Zotezo.
