Hello Team, In regard to above booking number I was promised a refund and now the customer service is refusing the same. The problem started when I checked in the Hotel in Jaipur, when I refused entery because of kids.Then I cancelled the booking on t he OYO app and called customer service twice complaining about the issue. I was promised a call back from escalation team to resolve the issue within 15minutes since I was standing along with my family on the middle of the road, but no one called. Also I was promised a refund which has not be provided. So I again called today & talked to Akshay Yokar on 06/01/16 05:32 and he told that refund could not be processed.
