We purchased alda kadai worth rs. 4739 from local dealer Kapur Chand Pawan Kumar Chandigarh on 23/01/14. Since we purchased this kadai we are unable to prepare anything as in no time the food starts sticking & takes shape of black colour. Informed Kapur Chand dealer & they gave Pramod cell no. 9888867811. He visited to see problem. In front of him we prepared food and showed him the way it was sticking .but when he consulted his boss Nitin he didn’t take seriously & told pramod that the kadai is of steel so anything prepared in it will definitely stick .this utensil is meant for heating curry only. But our question is if we can’t prepare any vegetable or curry items what is use of spending so huge amount. That means the company is befooling the customers. I will not be quite if you don’t come out with a solution to my problem i.e. if this product replace or return. If i will not get any answer i will contact high authority or will definitely post reviews on web-site snap deal, Amzon all where this product is sold. At present i also using Glen products like otg, tandoor & toaster griller. I don’t think company like glen is selling alda product that is not up to the mark. .
