I have purchased a Flat in Orchid Springs Chennai and already taken over the possession. Now when put into use, I find all Electrical fittings, construction quality and finishings are very very poor and in accordance with the provisions to be given for deluxe apartments like this. They have various departments to attend the complaints of the residents but too much of divisions within, who tend to put the blame on others and every time asking the owners to refer to other Department, like a Government formation, which causes irritations and delay in rectification, Totally, the company is run like a revenue department of the Government, who care nothing about their customers. Totally, the buyers have not got the value for the money they have paid.
