I made hotel room booking on Cleartrip.com (ref-15121725080) for Deyor Gold Star in New Kasol on 17 Dec 2015 for 3 people. I was contacted by Himanshu Agarwal from Deyor rooms and he asked to pay the advance of Rs 1500 so that booking can be confirmed. I paid 1500 Rs in advance and Himanshu confirmed the hotel room booking for 31st Dec and 01st Jan 2016. When we reached the hotel on the checkin date 31st Dec, the hotelier of Devlok international (room provider for Deyor rooms) told us that he has already cancelled the booking and he no longer does any business with Deyor and do not take any booking for Deyor. After following up with Deyor rooms (Himanshu) to make an alternate arrangement, He told us that they can not provide any room today and left us abandoned. We had to spend all night outside without any accommodation in -3℃ temperature there in kasol. One of us got sick due to cold and we had to come back in the early morning itself. Deyor is accountable for this fraud and I demand compensation in lieu of physical, mental and financial loss incurred to me.
