Hi Pehredar Team, I Anup T Bansode, had booked flat in Aapla Ghar, Chakan, Phase-2, Pune in Feb 2013. The agreement and registration process was completed in May 2013 and as per agreement, the possession of flat was suppose to be given by June 2015. But still the work is in progress and as per my last visit the possession will be given in March 2016. I met respective person in Aug 2015 and it was guaranteed by them that flat will be handed over in Dec 2015. I am paying my full installment to bank, and when I asked for compensation to the builder, they said that it wont be given. When I argued with them and said Builder is in dominant possession and behave as per their rules. They told me that if it was so you did not read document before signing. I kindly request you to please assist me on this. Is there any scope for compensation.As the possession is delayed by 10 months. Still builder is not able to give confirm date. Also one more thing I wish to highlight here is, They are not providing door frame made of complete wood or iron. They have applied plywood as wooden frame and will be covering it with sun mica. I feel the quality is not good and sustainable. When I asked on this, the concerned person said, we provide this type of framework everywhere you may check. Please assist on this.
