I raised first complaint on 26 Dec that i am not getting sped on my Airtel Data
Card(9591455744) sometime it will work sometime it will not.
I got a call from Airtel on 28th Dec. saying that they have done some changes on
my profile and i have restart and check again the speed but as obviously there
was no change and they change my reference/request no.
I call Airtel again after 3 days and still there was no update and they said
that i will get a call from there technical team in 3-4 days, so they want me to
wait for this long time for just a small issue, so i raised new request for
cancellation on my data card but Airtel maintain to manage there poor service
and no update yet.
I am facing same issue on my post paid no also as there seems to be some network
issue because data card will work fine in bangalore location.
I am using Airtel 4G data card, Bangalore no. in greater noida on 3G mode.
Kindly do the needful as i am using my post paid and data card from last
