I got msg DAT recharge with 67,u WL get 1 GB 2g/3g data….wen I recharged aircel gave Me free second,which is useless for me..I called customer care for complain,they didn’t registered my complain.
they told me DAT u should HV recharged with retail shop,with specific code for special recharge…
on da very next day I again got da same msg,this time I went to retail store,and recharged there…again they gave me free seconds…
and after this time,I couldn’t mk da call to customer care,they r saying call afterwards and they disconnect my call….
I am very much tensed by this type of activity by da aircel….
resolve my problem,otherwise I would mail my complain to consumer forum…
