I had, vide Order No 100006839, placed an order online for a Mobile Handset (Model: Samsung-5) from Greenshoppe.com [Postal Address: Greenshoppe, No. 217, 1st Floor, 3rd Cross, Belllandur, Bengaluru – 560 013] and a payment of Rs 2,345/- was made through HDFC Bank Credit Card (vide Transaction ID: 2523415) on August 24, 2015. However, the same has not been delivered so far and the Customer Helpline [Phone No: (080)50046070] is not accessible.

I urge that the delivery of the above mobile handset be made to my address (WZ 106/139, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi 1100127) immediately else I shall be constrained to file a complaint against Greenshoppe in the Consumer Court.

Kindly treat the matter with utmost seriousness and urgency.
