Ref:Mobile No.72007 22111 – Tata Docomo

I got new Tata Docomo Mobile Number Post paid connection from Tata Docomo through their Agent “Tele Thoughts”,Chennai on 11/08/2015.I paid Rs.850 in cash vide Receipt No.091 dated 11/08/2015.Later on, I paid Rs.800 through Paytm Online web site on 22/09/2015.

A few days after getting connection,Mobile no.got disconnected.I called the customer care and got the reason cheque bounce.I called the person to whom I paid cash and informed.That person activated again.This happens again and again.I have not made any cheque payment at all.On 25th Sept.they again deactivated my number.I called the customer care again,they said the same reason and ask me to go Docomo store.I went to T Nagar Docomo store on 29th Sept.2015 and complained.But no response.I called several times the person to whom I paid cash.But no response.Today I again called Customer Care and got that this Mobile No.cannot get activated again.

I paid Rs.850 deposit and Rs.800 online payment and got information that Rs.900 and odd excess payment remains in my account.I called the Docomo Agent,Customer Care and went directly to store,but all are vein.

I request you to get me a suitable remedy by getting back this mobile no.along with monetary compensation for the time spent and mental distrubances I had.
