I have bought Samsung Top Loading 7kg +1 kg (Active Wash+) on 15th Aug, facing washing quality issues from the day 1.

05th Oct – Machine was taken to workshop and fixed some liquid leakage issue and returned in a week time. After observing for 10 days; we are still facing Color fading

issue + cloth softness gone.

1. 26th Oct – Raised compliant, Service Engineer visited and informed that Workshop people check and fix. But no one turn up, even after multiple reminders sent to

them from call center.
2. 26th oct compliant # got cancelled without visit of Service Engineer and “Customer confirmation”; and really shocked hearing that feedback updated in complaint that

“Washing Machine working fine, hence cancelled”.
3. 05th Nov – Call center registered new Complaint. As no more response, we contacted Call center on 07th Nov.
4. 07th Nov – Again heard that the complaint was cancelled with same reason (mentioned above in point 1) and Call center registered a new Complaint # on 07th Nov.
5. 12th Nov – It is really frustrating that, 07th Nov complaint was also cancelled with same reason (mentioned above in point 1), and again new Complaint # open.

Since from 26th Oct till today, no solution provided for our complaints raised with Samsung Service.

We are using many Samsung products in last 10 years; we have not seen such worst service from Customer Care.
