We have booked a ticket of bus from Kanpur to Indore on 31 october on Redbus.com
After it due to some reason we have cancelled the ticket on 3November
But the refund is not yet returned after 2 month
We also contact them on helpline no. so many times but every time they said that money will be returned to your account in 7 days
And even after 7 days the situation is same ,we don’t get our money.we also call at their helpline number but it comes to be not reachable
