My name is Prabhukumar,
I had a problem of two white spots on screen of my Z Ultra (IMEI No. 357656053903223). I went to sony service center on 17/11/2015 at HRR Tele Commotrade Pvt Ltd Dadar Branch. They told me that mobile is not repairable its replace by another same mobile. I collect the replace mobile Z Ultra (IMEI No. 357656051657128) on 20/11/2015.
But the replaced mobile Z Ultra (IMEI No. 357656051657128) screen is not bright & vivid as per my previous mobile i.e. Z Ultra (IMEI No. 357656053903223). Which i purchased from Sony showroom on 12/04/2015. I asked about the problem of the screen of replaced mobile . The Technician (Mr. Abhishek Yadav) told that “it is a company problem every replaced mobiles are same issue and we are unable to solve this problem.If you are not satisfy then mail to company”.
I mailed to sony mobile on 24/11/2015 about the problem. They reply on 25/11/2015 and told me to submit the phone (Z Ultra) again to sony service center. I submitted the replaced phone (Z Ultra) on 26/11/2015.
When I went to collect the replaced mobile at Sony service center on 12/12/2015. I found the same display problem.
Again I mailed to sony about the problem they told me that mobile display is normal according to their Technician and they forced me to accept the mobile.
Again I mailed to sony that I not want any replaced mobile and
I request them to please repair the mobile which i purchased from sony showroom of Rs. 20,000/-
i.e. Z Ultra (IMEI No.357656053903223) DT: 12/04/2015 which i had a minor problem of two white spots on screen of my Z Ultra (IMEI No. 357656053903223).
If it’s not possible to repair so I request you to please give my money back or give another new phone.
This is not only unfair but unethical as well as it leads one to doubt about there intention i.e.Honesty..
This is not only monetary loss but also mental harassment as well as loosing of peace. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
