I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Rajamundry for VRL bus via http://www.abhibus.com/ on 17th Nov. The bus got cancelled from agent end due to heavy rains in AP. We received SMS by stating the bus got cancelled and full amount will be refund back. Its been 35 days we didn’t receive any amount. When we approached Abhi bus service and raised a complaint (ID:338263) they keep on stretching it but no solution so far.

Today we book abhibus from kadapa to Hyderabad due to government band something abhibus cancel bus and didn’t refund my full amount ,its not our fault we didn’t cancel from ourside so why we bare loss plz don’t book abhibus there are many buses much better than this
