1. After around one month i received the call from tata docomo for the bill of Rs. 1,072. I said i have already asked the disconnection.
2. Then, after around 15 days i again received the call and they said that i have to pay Rs. 1,072 + Rs 4,000 = Rs 5,072. That they have activated 6 GB ARP of 6 months.
They are keep on activating the plan themselves. I showed them everything and visited their office 5-6 times since July 2015.
Finally, i asked them to show the evidence if i have asked to activate the connection and i will pay them in their office. But they didn’t showed any. Again i am saying if they are having any evidence then i will pay them visiting their office.
Around 20 days back i received the call from advocate Mr. Ghuman regarding the payment issue. I told him everything and said that if they have any evidence, i will pay by visiting their office. Then, next day i received the call from tata docomo saying that they have retrieved the bill of 6 GB ARP costing Rs 3,500 and now, i have to pay Rs 1,500.
NOTE: During adding they added Rs 4,000 and during deduction they deducted Rs 3,500.
Again i am saying if they have any evidence then i will pay them Rs 1,500.
I explained and showed them everything (which was NOT my duty) by taking my time from my startup but they keep on bugging me, harassing me and threatening of court. In fact, i should be who approached the consumer court for this matter.
