We have purchased a Villa at beeramguda, Hyderabad , built by safeway infra(symphony park homes). we brought this villa on the promise that they would handover the villa by Aug 2015, when I enquired they told we will be handing over in the first phase of 200 villas by October2015. now when I went to see the villa in October they are telling they will hand over in December 2016. we paid 92% before august 2015 to the builder and registration was also done. there is no progress from the day we saw first time and today. but other villas in the same row were nearing completion and other in the opposite row as well.
After paying 92% and promise to get the villa by august 2015 or the first phase of handover of villas by oct- dec 2015 now they are saying December 2016 what should I do I wanted this villa this year as promised to me and I am also ready to pay 100% if they give be on time.
On the promise of they handing over the villa in august 2015 only I have invested in the property and currently I am paying EMI and also rent which is heavy for me. Rs. 37000 EMI and 20000 rent there is no point for me to pay rent if they hand over me the completed villa as they promised.
but they are not responding what should I do. I want them to pay for rent till they finish the villa.
