I am raising this complaint against real estate development company called “Dreamz GK/Infra” situated their office near Silk board junction/HSR, Bangalore. I have pre booked a flat on January 2015 for amount 30 lakhs. I have paid 15 lakhs as the advance booking amount. They said to start construction by Feb 2015, But the company did not start the construction till April 2015. Realizing this I opted to cancel my booking. After so much struggle for 1 or 2 months they gave post dated cheque after 4 months. After waiting patiently for 4 months the cheques got bounced. Again they are asking to wait 1-2 months to issue cheques. This is not the only case with me but other customers are also facing the cheque bouncing issues. In this regard any help would be highly appreciated.
