This is Sheo kumar singh. I booked a hotel in OYOROOOMS . Booking No. – JEHY6534. I paid the whole payment of Rs. 2209 to OYO. But, when I reached the booked HOTEL PRAMOD CONVENTION & CLUB RESORT at 11:43 PM, 11/12/2015, they rejected with the OYO booking and said that they have broke the agreement with OYO ROOMS. I was totally tired and I had no option at that time (11:43 PM Night ), then i stayed for the night and in the very next morning, I made a phone call to OYO Customer Care and talked about the whole issue. The response from OYO Customer care was that the issue has been solved and i needn’t have to pay at hotel as I paid to OYO already. But when i reached the Reception, they rejected again. Almost, I contacted the OYO more than 8 times related to this issue and every-time getting the same reply. But, on the 13/12/2015 at 09:18 AM, when i was about to checkout, they initiated the bill of Rs.6522.00 and forced to pay as they totally ignored with OYO. And Finally, I paid this amount Rs. 6522. I am attaching the picture of this receipt in this mail. Now, this was the whole pathetic service and fraud done by OYO. I did payment of Rs.2209 to OYO and did Rs. 6522 to the hotel as well. I hope you understand the whole issue and get back by money paid at hotel. So, Finally, what i felt about OYO that you guys are doing fraud with customers.
