Dear sir

My name is Rahul p v and recently i have purchased a mobile phone from delhi based online company quicknow.in as per there promotion offer .i have ordered one HTC mobile phone which after order confirming they sent to me and the day it deliver i got shocked .It was a duplicate mobile phone and they claim 5000/ from me .I have called them various time and now they refusing to refund and also not answering my calls ..After doing some research on them i found out that its fraud company and this what they have done to various other people.

Please look into this matter and serious action should be taken against them .
