We’ve booked tickets thrice through my bank a/c. Both Onward Journey amounting for Rs. 3,207.00 got confirmed. A Return Journey ticket amounting to Rs. 2,547.00 and Rs. 2,530.00, respectively was booked later.
I had my account debited for Rs. 2,547.00, but it was not credited back into my account, till date. The transaction got cancelled due to some technical glitch on your website and my bank account was deducted for Rs. 2,547.00.
Despite many times calling to Customer Care – I was being told that the phone number used (mentioned above) is not a Valid phone number. If it’s not a valid phone number, how on earth do you think, I am able to speak with my cousin on same phone number.
Based on the Customer Service Call recording I made on Sunday – December 13, 2015 at 1527 hrs (or) 03:27 PM along with my another Cousin, I was told by Ms. Priyanka – a Customer service Representative that my amount would be credited within a 7 day period which ideally fell on 14th Dec 2015.
Today, its almost a 11th-day period post the amount was deducted from my account. Kindly do the needful and credit my account with aforesaid amount.
