I, Somnath Kar S/o Shri Arjuni Kar, would like to inform you that I have invested an amount of Rs.10,36,000/- vide Cheque No.172413 dated 05.10.2012 for Rs.5,36,000/-, & through NEFT for Rs. 5,00,000/- on dated 27.09.2012 in GIIPL (Green India Infra Projects Ltd) Registered office at Main Road, Gandhi Nagar, Paramjyoti Cinema Hall Square, Berhampur-760001 for getting a 2BHK flat in the Green Jasmine multistoried apartment complex project at Sunderpada, Botanda.

At the time of investment it was a commitment by the said company GIIPL through its director Mr. Debasis Padhy residing at Gajapati Nagar, 14th Lane, Berhampur, Dist: Ganjam- 760010 that the Flats will be ready for possession within 36 months of deposit. Finally, He entered into a construction agreement with me on dated: 27.09.2012 with the commitment of providing flat in consideration of mutually agreed sum and within the stipulated period of time.

But unfortunately after a lapse of more than 3 years till date, the builder has not delivered the flat; rather have left the construction half way only by constructing some floors of A,B,C block. Two of GIIPL’s directors are behind the bar in association with chit fund case leveled against them. But the director Mr. Debasish Padhy who had entered into agreement for providing me a Flat, is moving freely. Neither he carry out the project nor he return back our money.

I along with nearly 50 affected customer has filed a case in CBI office ,Bhubaneswar, but neither we got any update on that case nor any progress in investigation.

We need your attention on this matter to help us getting our either money or flat back.
