My name is anand kumar and i’m from bihar.
I was facing problems in getting job and healthwise i was also disturbed,so my mother ordered a book so called ” Bhagya Darpan” which is also telecast in cinema channel and many more.
So when i get the book of mine i found a mistake in my Date of birth,so i contacted helpline of given number on book,and they assured me that they will correct it and send a new one within 10-12 days.
12 Days passed away but i didn’t get any book,so i again call the number again they made excuses and said same thing that i’ll get within 10-12 dys.
Its 1 and half month more than that days passed aways till i didn’t get my book …every 13th day i call but no response at all,all same thing they say.
I want them to learn the lesson of this,i am not the one there must be more people facing same problem.
Help me please
