Dear Customer Care,

I recharged on 12/9/2015 9:14:03 AM of Amount Rs. 97 /-for getting 35 min ISD pack for 14 days against Transaction ID – 151209526227 on my number 9560887383. Two days had been passed I have not got any such minutes to make any ISD call through my number. It is replying as you have insufficient balance to call. Then again I recharged with Rs. 10 today with Transaction ID – 151210834917. Even though I am unable make any ISD call through my number.

Please have in this matter as soon as possible.
