I ordered a saree from indiarush .com on 18th nov. they delivered the product to me on 26th November. when I opened the parcel the saree was fully torn. I immediately called them and told them abt it. they told me to write a mail with pictures of torn product to care@indiarush. which I did the same day. . I ve been speaking to them on phone regularly and they say the matter is with higher authorities. I spoke to Mr Piyush on 29th , Mr Nirmal on 2nd dec, MrKeerthi Prdhan on 8th. wrote a E-Mail on 8th dec. but till now I ve not got my refund or any response fr0m them.
