I purchased a mi 10400 mah power bank which is absolutely fake and in very bad quality.it is also packed in a cardboard box instead of MI box.I sent an email for returning and also raised a ticket for the same but no respond.I called the customer care but they cut the call purposely after hearing the complaint.
