I have ordered online a Mi 10400 mAh Power Bank on 15th Nov 2015 Orderer no. 96497000016872. from http://www.supercombos.in/ I got the product on 17th Nov 2015. when i opened the box i found the product is defected. its not able to charge the phone. i tried to make call on customer care no 917531829335 mentioned on the website. phone was picked by a person he told its a wrong no. then i dropped complained e mail on [email protected] mentioned address by website. i got a mail delivery failed massage. so I am requesting you please take care of it and ask the company for change my product.
