Respected Sir,
I am from jaipur (rajasthan). I’m using simple 2G phone with aircel service provider.On 30th December 2015 a call came on my phone from customer care a lady was on the phone, she tell her name and started a script of songs. I disconnected the phone and after 2 min a balance deduction message came of 30 rupees. At that moment i called to customer care but they did not respond only they tried to transfer their call to senior and then their senior ignored the complaint. My complaint no. is 21450095059. They did not respond till now.
Finally I want to know that how to fight this situation and who will control these service providers.My contact no. is 9461674227.
