Can you reveal your original name and contact details if you are 100% sure about our company involved in fraudulent activity. Can you show the evidence and prove on the same.

We PROHR have not received processed or offered any candidate candidature in the name of DURAISWAMI or neither we have any candidate who have experienced any issue such sort.

Our process and policy terms & agreement are shared to candidates well in advance before we start the process and based on confirmation and acceptance from candidate only those candidate we process further for interview and selection. So this is to bring to everyone notice that we have all records in written shared to candidates.

In case if any candidate or PROHR had faced any issue respectively then according to breach of agreement signed by both the parties which is legally valid according to INDIAN LAW where candidate can sue us legally and vice versa PROHR can also. In the agreement we ahve clearly mentioned about the ARBITRATION in case of any breach of agreement.

If DURAISWAMI ( FAKE NAME ) is so confident about our company activity then he can approach ARBITRATION or Legally file a case in COURT or Can file a complaint in LOCAL CRIME POLICE STATION and can legally take action against us in spite of posting in this forum. What is stopping you MR. DURAISWAMI.

If you DURAISWAMI is 100% sure about our company activity then have guts to share your real identity and other details. We are open for legal action.

That you have deliberately published the news item in CONSUMERLIST.COM ON DECEMBER 2ND 2015, which on the face of itself is offensive, obnoxious and smacks of the underlying malice and mischief intended by you so as to tarnish the image and reputation of PROHR and THEIR other representative and cause embarrassment for them among the public and the said news item was based on conjectures and surmises and in utter disregard of the standards of journalistic norms and ethics, and abuse of freedom of publications. The said news item does not carry a fair report of facts and it rather carries a mal-intention on your part to mud-sling on our company.

HEREBY WE PROHR ASSURE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS AND CLIENTS THAT ALL THE POSTING DONE AGAINST OUR COMPANY IS DONE IN HASTE BY SOME FAKE IDENTITY NAMES. NOTHING SUCH SORT OF ACTIVITIES PROHR IS INVOLVED OR NEITHER IT HAS OCCURED.

WE HAVE WRITTEN TO CONSUMERLIST.COM TO HELP US IN REVELING IP ADDRESS OF THOSE FAKE IDENTITY CANDIDATES SO THAT WE CAN LEGALLY SUE THEM DEFAMATION CASE AND ALSO FOR THE COMPANY REPUTATION DAMAGES OF 25 LAKHS MINIMUM WE ARE CLAIMING.

WE HAVE ALSO FILED A CASE IN CHENNAI SUB COURT SAIDAPET OF NOTICE DAMAGES CPC 80 SECTION 499 DEFAMATION AGAINST THOSE FAKE IDENTITY CANDIDATES WHO HAVE POSTED AGAINST PROHR.

WE REQUEST ANYONE DO NOT TAKE HASTE DECISION AND POST AGAINST ANYONE OR COMPANY IN ANY FORUM AND FACE LEGAL DEFAMATION CONSEQUENCES. KINDLY CONSULT WITH LEGAL ATTORNEY AND AS PER INDIAN LAW AND DIRECTION FROM ATTORNEY KINDLY TAKE FURTHER STEPS TO AVOID DEFAMATION ACTION AGAINST YOU.
