Dear Sir,

one of my friend is working in the firm Global Engineering Services Dahisar.
Superiors are misbehaving with their employees always insulting and tonting.
they are not ready to listen their employee problems only blaming them.
if they try to talk with their superior he says tum log kaam nahi kartA HAI
they just give importance to their girls staff and they also get saturday paid leave though filed boys staff wont get saturday paid leave and for this they get reply as tum log office ka kuch nahi hai wo log office ka staff.
please clarify that field people are not countable as a office staff.
also their is salary issue. tjey give extra money to their favouirte employee under the table.
