I received call from Ms.Atpita and told me you r loyal shopper customer and won the laptop and tablet but you have to purchase Diwali combo, I was purchase this of Rs1499. And than received call again and told me You have won tablet and laptop (Total Amt.68000) but you have to pay Rs 7700 for service tax and Rs14000 for courier and insurance charges, so I was also pay that amount. After 2 days I was call the same number they(Ms.Arpita-Assistant, Ms. Niharika- Assistant, Mr,Rajesh Sharma-Senior Assistant, Mr.Ravi Malhotra-Superior and Rohan Diwan- Senior head) continuously give wrong information. I was continuously call 10 to 15 days but Ms.Niharika not give proper reply she told me no one available in office and etc. At last I was call than Mr.Rohan Diwan senior head give reply you have to pay first Rs.15000 because we r give u 107995 Rs cheque due to not able to give your product and this amount add in your cheque. So they r continuously give wrong reply to customer and earning money in different style.
Please help me how to recover my money and new persons do not use this application.
