This is Prasad from Bangalore, I am complaining about a builder who cheated me & ran away with my hard earned money.
I had given my house construction to V3 Civil Engineers and Contactors (3view designers – civil tech engineering solution), he constructed a very low quality house & when near to finishing stage, he intentionally made quarrel & ran away living incomplete works.
I got his information from a friend & believed him as a good & honest engineer, but he is not at all a engineer, his name is Venkatesh better to call him Fraud Venkatesh.
He is such a horrible liar he does not keep any of his words, he intentionally not mentions works in agreement and assures he will do, but he never does & not agrees his words itself.
He uses all duplicate material for construction, from sand to switches all cheap materials he uses, in one year you can see the result, all walls cracks, paint dull & fall, switches & wires burn, woods bend & crack, water leaks etc.
This fellow is such a brilliant liar he takes more money before work & keep black mailing that he will stop the work if amount not given, near to end stage he creates abnormalities intentionally & start quarrelling & runs away from the site leaving pending works, he intentionally makes works delayed to get more amount before schedule, he charges more than 25% market price as he assures he will give very good quality work, but nothing he will give, only normal cheap civil work he does
He is such a cheater and a cheap cost minded fellow, he uses filter sand for construction, low cost bricks, low quality & small sizes wood, uses more sand in mixing concretes, uses less thickness & duplicate steel rods for pillar and mould & does very cheap quality works, he keeps very low skilled workers as they come for less salary
He is such a money hunger and thinks always how to cheat others, he can do anything for money, even he can sell his family for money, he assumes in one night he should become a millionaire.
he always take amount in black only, even if we tell to take in cheque, he never accepts, he has cheated lakhs of of tax to Govt like this.
He is a very worst human & cunning fellow & always thinks how to cheat others, customers who have given their hard earned money has been cheated & lost there money & home,
Customers who attracted by him is suffering by seeing worst quality house every day & have lost peace & happiness,
He is a very smart & talkative & makes people brain wash & make them to believe him, he has opened a high profile website to attract people & added attractive photos of houses, his intention is to attract innocent peoples & cheat them, kindly alert public to be careful with this fellow & request to take appropriate action against him
