I am Sivakumar, Proprietor, Kumar Associates, Near All India Radio Thrissur, Kerala, TIN No 32080788819 & CST 32080788819C & MSME UAN KL13A0003096, working under PMEGP scheme, engaged in the production and trading of LED Bulbs.

I have posted an enquiry for the purchase of LED raw material and completed bulbs for which M/S Ignite Electronics, G-310, Sector 63, Noida, an ISO 9001-2008 certified company, holding TIN 09865721410 had given their offer. After a detailed discussion on specifications, M/S Ignite Electronics had given a revised offer by satisfying our specifications,

Following which we placed the order accordingly as interstate purchase. They had informed that the government has exempted all taxes including CST to them..

After receiving the full payment, M/S Ignite Electronics could supply the order partially and low quality materials, which included assembled scrap. They collected an amount of Rs. 4,05,900/- which is higher than the 2/3rd of the total working capital of Kumar Associates and supplied material in partial with a sales invoice for Rs.2,03,690/-.dated 29/12/16.(Book No. 002, serial No.067)

When we started production with the supplied material, the rejection rate was very high. Although M/S Ignite Electronics was informed about the rejection, they did not respond positively. They had offered a 2.5 year warranty also on their materials. Hence, Kumar Associates was compelled to reject it. When we learned that they are not ready to replace the rejected materials, we asked for the refund of the payment, which was again not materialised.

Due to the fund flow interruption, Kumar Associates is now in a stand still position. I had pledged my property to the bank as security towards loan availed for Kumar Associates, which could be under revenue recovery threat in a near future.

Hence I request for the interaction of your good office to help me to resolve this issue and avoid occurrences of such unhealthy practices in future.
