I have a policy in company emerging India whose details are as follow

Amount Deposit:- Rs. 24000
Date:- 25.04.2011
City:- Gidderbaha

Company adviser told me that the policy could be closed after one year. After 2 year of Registration in May 2013 i gave my policy bond to Company adviser Gopal Krishan. He said that he had sent it to Moga Branch of Company. I asked to him many times about the process to close policy. He told me that i get my cheque within one month. I called him many times. But i did not get any cheque . In June 2014 i contact to chandigarh branch, Ludhiana Branch and also moga branch of company. All of them said they did not get any policy bond. i think Moga branch had lost my policy bond. I want to close my policy and want my amount of Rs.24000 back.

Please look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.
