The above captioned Bonds could not be sent to your office on due date as the same were misplaced, but now found.
It was informed by Customer Care that the said Bonds have already been redeemed after deducting TDS, by payment to GT Cooperative Bank, Chennai-2, for credit to my a/c.

I would like to inform you as follows;
a. That my SB a/c with the said bank has been closed 2 years back. Hence there is no possibility of crediting my a/c with Redemption cheque, as informed by your office. I confirm no payment has been received till date.
b. I am a Family Pensioner having income below my Taxable Limit. A copy of the IT Return filed with the deptt enclosed, wherein you will observe Nil Tax. As such TDS not applicable.
c. The said Bonds were purchased in Joint name of Sanjay Balaji (Minor) & V.Kalyani (Guardian) in 1998. I am sending No Objection letter from him for releasing the payment in f/o V.Kalyani, undersigned.
In addition to above, I am enclosing PAN card & Aadhar card Xerox as ID &
Address proof respectively, along with Copies of Original Bonds through Professional Couriers (Docket no: MAA530568423)
In view of above stated point (b), I request you kindly to send the full Redemption value of Rs.48000/- with interest as applicable, by cheque in f/o ‘V.KALYANI’ to address provided below.
