Respected Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have invested an amount of Rs.10,000,00.00 in 2012 in GIIPL (Green India Infra Projects Ltd) Registered office at Main Road, Gandhi Nagar, Paramjyoti Cinema Hall Square, Berhampur-760001 for getting a 2BHK flat (F-block,Flat No: 204) in the Green Jasmine projects at Sunderpada, Botanda.
At the time of investment it was a written commitment by the said company GIIPL through its director Mr. Debasis Padhy residing at Gajapati Nagar, 14th Lane, Berhampur, Dist: Ganjam- 760010 that the Flats will be ready for possession within 36 months of deposit. Finally, He entered into an agreement with me with the commitment of providing flat in consideration of mutually agreed sum and to provide compensation in case of default in delivering Flat within 36 months. But unfortunately after a lapse of more than 3 years till date, the builder has not delivered the flat; rather the construction of these block (F,G,H,I,J Block)could not even start. Two of GIIPL’s directors are behind the bar in association with chit fund case leveled against them. But the director Mr. Debasish Padhy who had entered into agreement for providing me a Flat, is moving freely.I belongs to Flat No.-204 of F block request you to direct the BUILDER to compensate me by refund of my deposit.
I along with nearly 50 affected customer has filed a case on CBI office ,Bhubaneswar, but neither we got any update on that case nor any progress in investigation.
We need your help on this case to help us getting our either money or flat back.
