SPICE MOBILE/STELLAR HORIZON PRO(MI-505) – LACK OF SERVICE BY MOBILE COMPANY

I am a consumer of spice mobile STELLAR HORIZON PRO(MI-505) M-IME NO-911313250379885
S,I.M.E No -9113133250379893, My mobile broken by screen on august 2014, i went to authorised spice service centre at Patel chowk Pathankot for repair . they hold my mobile for 2 months on pretend of non availability of touch screen/spare part, he assured me that mobile set was sent to spice company but after 2 month he want more time so i take back due to frustration and inconvenience due to no other mobile phone.
same thing happened in delhi when i approach to authorised service centre in delhi ( dariaganj 3) he took my mobile and kept it for 3 days given me compaint no-ASC/153 dated 28/7/2015, They also did not care of my request to repair mobile and due to that I take it back after 3 days bcoz i have to return back to Pathankot.
Three four time i talked to spice customer care executive but they always respond me to visit authorised service centre in your city.
kindly look into matter that inconvenience caused to me due to the lack of service by mobile company.
After meting disappointment I put request to RTI.. in which they replied me on dated 10 sep 2015 assuring that the company will contact you within one month and but if not happened such then i shall go through consumer court which is the only way left behind.
