Masti club activation by Aircel

My Mobile No of Aircel : 9715213534. On 20/10/2015 at 08:55am. Received SMS from Aircel “Thank you for choosing Masti Club at 99.0. To STOP SMS STOP to 155223. When I have not request for such service why I have to stop the service ?. I hope Aircel company not comes under TRAI regulations. When Rs 99.00 is deducted I called to customer care they give reference number 1-21055557859 at 09:31am. said that “We shall revert to you by 22/10/2015”. Till date (22/10/2015 at 11:55am) I have raised the complaint to appellate authority at coimbatore also.

It is the one of the method of business profit. I never understand TRAI is usefull or not to Indian citizens. Like that type of profit methodology should be fined by TRAI. If I am able to send this E-mail, If the persons don’t know or illiterate then, they are very useful to that company (Aircel). Please take steps to refund my money and fine the Aircel company again it will never happen.
