My Name is Nilesh Ajgaonkar. I have sent handset of my wife to Pick Me India for mobile screen replacement in month of June 2015. It was told to me that it’ll take 90 days to replace the same & will be delivered back to the address from where it was picked. After 90 days of completion , when I called their Customer Care number. They told me that it’ll take 15 days more. Even after 15 days when I called , they again gave me excuse of it’ll take more 20 days. Like that, its been almost 6 Months, I am without my handset. Whenever I call them, they always give me assurance that the handset will be delivered to me within 15 days. But till date 22 Dec 2015, the handset is not delivered yet. When I asked they about the delay. They said they haven’t received the money from insurance company. I am not understanding this thing that if Insurance company didn’t paid to Pick Me India then Why I am getting suffered?????? They need to send the handset to me & do the payment followup with them. Why my handset it kept in their custody due to payment not received from Insurance company. Does it mean that if the insurance company doesn’t pay to the company then company will harass the customer for this??
