Hi Team,
I took tikona connection dated on 07/14/2015 with Rs.2280/-.
And from the day one there are network drop issue and VPN security issue from tikona.Finally after several calls i decided to go for disconnection.But they are charging full monthly rent wise but no going with pro data base on the billing.
1.Technical Support issue is there from there side (They are not following escalation matrix in any situation)
2. They are cheating customer like me on several instances and i have all the artifacts to prove my point (Like calls,mails,screen shot,service order etc)
3. I have recommended them to fix the security issue.which yet to be address which a high finding as i working as a security and audit focal for my company.They are putting my working and other customer at risk.
Action what i am excepting here:-
Pay my remaining amount.
Tikono company should be take out as an internet service provider for the below to reason.
1.Putting customer at risk in splite customer recommenced to fix the finding .
Note :- I have got the non compliance issue of using Tikona on my office.There after i dont use this service for offical purpose and i have used only for my personal purpose.
2.They have cheated be on confirming on the disconnection details and billing amount.Each techincal guy when i have called different people updated me different conclusion.
3.Mental Harassing me to use tikono agian and agian saying pay 900+ for 20 GB per year.So that we will be wiping current bill based on pro data based.
4.They never care for any customer when i had a techincal support i was leasing one more customer facing as issue on billing where they update same thing saying the bill would be based on prodata base.(I have recorded the call and i would like to produce the artifacts under count)
5.On 21st the technical person from tikona report the tickona as NON -feasible(Status code as 8).Still tikono billed me and with transation ID:3020139.
6.I would like to see the audit conduced for tikona(Like PWC,ISO etc) and what were the results for 2015.(If needed i can go for RTI as i am a customer for tikona for accountability details)
7.Technical people are worst in case of support on tikona(dont have value for customer .When customer is asking some thing they are updating different thing and when asked for evidence or escaltion call drops use to happen)Same as be recoreded.
I would like to post all the artifacts in count .Because they have made me frustrated this has resulted now i am having health issues like BP and mentally frustrated ……
