Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken Online MBA admission in Jaipur National University (JNU) on 25.3.15 all necessary fee (Rs.22500) and documents deposited and admission confirmation from the JNU recieved on 27.3.15. And I request and confirm to cancel my admission on 08.4.15. As per JNU guidelines cancellation will consider within 15 working days of admission date. I have given the confirmation within 15 days. I have also called the admission executive customer care JNU number and helpline several times but nobody respond correctly.

Every person gave some other number to contact but no one responded. I have again sent the reminders on 13.04.15 21.04.15 29.04.15 and 05.05.15 for the same to cancel my admission and refund my fees. Finally I received the answer from JNU on 05.05.15 that your cancellation request is delayed however I have given the confirmation within 15 days of admission date as per the JNU handbook.

After continuous follow up and again provide the same cancellation confirmation, than they were confirm that JNU will process your admission cancellation request and refund the fees but same is still not processed from their end.

During follow up they have given the request form to filling. I have also submitted the dully filled cancellation request but still there is no response from Jaipur National University.

Please look in to matter and provide me your your help to process the cancellation request and fees refund.
