Dear sir, my self shashank tyagi (student) from noida On 27-october-2014 i purchase a phone HTC Desire 616 dual sim (S/N WT47SY200380) of rupees 18000 by my first salary from noida as per the dealer and also as per the booklet i found in mobile box the phone is in warranty for 1 year. After some time my mobile started giving problems like hang sometime and switch off automatically i visit at service center so they repair it immediately for 4-5 times it happen with me.I request them please reeplace it if require so they told me that its normal software issue if you start facing any hardware issue so we will replace it. Then one day the phone was totaly Dead but not a single scratch on screen it has only a dent on volume down key but it is also working i visit at service center and request them to send my phone for replacement because the handset is not working properly from starting. they send the phone to the main service center they contact me and told me that your phone not need any replacement we are replacing its parts only. I request them daily for replacement but they are not agree to Replace it after 15-16 days i receive a message that your phone was received on the service center kindly please come and receive it.Then next day i visit at service center so found that phone is Switch ON but it has a big crack on its screen i immediately call on HTC helpline number and inform them regarding this and also contact with the incharge of there service center they told me if i submit the handset so it takes around 5-16 day more for repair. that time i deny there offer because the touch was cracked but working or because of some personal problems at my home i need my phone or i don’t have any other phone for use. then i purchase a new phone so i thought that its a good time now i can send my phone for repairing because the touch was cracked. I visit at there service center give my phone to the responsible lady at there service center to send my phone for repair because the touch was Cracked during travelling or during repair i don’t know whatsever happen to it. so she deny and arguing with me very badly then i meet to the service center incharge who also deny to accept my handset. Then i request them to please send my phone to the main service center and other i will concern with them through call or through mail. I don’t know why but that fool girl marker my phone as out of warranty. Then i mail them all the issue i faced they reply me that please be patient we will inform you when we receive your phone. Yesterday i got a mail from the Admin repair desk With estimate of rupees 5096 around something. I inform them all but they are not agree to repair it and they deny my phone repairing. please take a strict action against them because i want my phone to be repaired or replaced without any charges.
