Respected Sir/Madam,

This is a complaint regarding LG AMC service for Air Conditioner which is not providing to me on time even after a complaint to LG customer care (1800 180 9999).

Let me explain you the scenario. I called for my 2nd service on Friday 11th September 2015. It was told to me that the technician will call you with 24 or 48 hours but, there was no single call to me till 13th SEP 2015 (SUNDAY).

I also received one SMS from VM-LGCARE and my request ID is RNA150911039616.

Then I called LG customer care (1800 180 9999) for registering my complaint on Monday 14th SEP 2015 and then it was told to me that the request it put on urgent request and will get call within 24hrs.

On Tuesday 15th SEP 2015 I got a call from one unknown number (+91 9930142766) (Time 10:05am) for LG AC servicing and as I was in office I told him to reach at my home till 5:00pm also the person on the call was OK for the same.

After reaching home early I called the unknown number (+91 9930142766) (Time 4:07pm & 4:33pm) from which I got a call for AC serviving. After asking him for the service he was blank and disconnected my call.

Then I called LG customer care (1800 180 9999) at 4:52pm and asked the reason for the delay in service. The customer serive person (RAKESH) on call answered that the technician will call you with 24hours. I told RAKESH I have wasted my 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) but no one called me, even I came home early today (Tuesday 15th SEP 15) as service person told me he will reach till 5pm but still not arrived.

But… RAKESH told me that technician will call you with 24hours we have put your request on urgent basis. After having an argument with him he was still with the same reply technician will call you with 24hours.

Finally he was giving some technician’s number and told me to call him. After asking him a question that is that make any sense that I will call a technician for my paid service he was still with the same track that I should note technician’s number and call him for the service.

This is a request to you to kindly look into this matter as I think this is a fraud paid service in which I am wasting my money and offcourse time too…
