My order # is 100009812. I ordered Samsung Galaxy A5(Pearl White, 16 GB) and Get Free Samsung Bluetooth Headest. But the status still shoes processing and when called it says the phone is switched off. Requesting you to kindly check and get my money back from the fraudulants.
