Hi my name is moiz, i had ordered Samsung Galaxy phone on www.greenshopee.com, my order no is 100010440 dated 28.08.2015 still the status of my order is PROCESSING only. I had sent an email ([email protected])also to them but i got FAILURE NOTICE for my mail then i tried to call them ( 080 – 50046070 )also but that number does not exist. My order value was Rs.2348.00. Please anyone help with this if not the product, help me to get my money back.

I was also ordered to greenshopee for Intex Aqua power plus mobile combo promo offer on 24/08/2015 & for the same payment is given through Paytm gateway… I was deadly assure that when payment is taken through Paytm that there was no doubt about fraud, because Paytm is well known and reputed portal.
Even after 10 days , there status shown is processing( on greenshopee portal) . I was contacted to Paytm by mail than they assure to help & advices me that contact to greenshopee customer care.
I was trying to contact , after regular trying for 3 hours , the person from greenshopee assure me for no fraud and my order will dispatching before 2/9/15. When I asked about there another contact no due to this line was so much busy, than he assure me that this line is over busy due to special promo offer booking, but after Monday 1/9/15 this no will be easily contacted.
Friends but today the same situation is there, means on greenshopee portal my order status was shown processing and customer care no is busy, even after trying 4 hours..
I have also try to contact to Paytm customer care no , there are three nos first was not in operating condition, second was operated by computer auto mode hence they advice to visit for all queries on Paytm portal only & third one was not responding at all even after trying 100 times.
At last I visit Paytm zen desk.com for enquiring about my complain, friends it is surprising to know that those people marked as this complain is solved ..
Again I was given complain , it is again surprisingly change into pending with the message that they are serious about my complain & there team is working on that , will contact me in next 24 to 48 hours..
i hope that only Paytm people will solve this problem because without there permission no body can took payment through there gateway.. Hope for fast action…
I was write every thing in depth, so it is my advice we all suffered persons should keep in touch with each other and make a strong pressure on those person to get back our money.. Feel free to contact me by mail, my ID is [email protected]
