Dear Sir,

This is in regards to salary not paid by Vasonomics, The position I was offered as “Deputy General Manager” from
Vasonomics , I would like to inform that I have joined the Company on 16.03.2015, as agreed on written offer letter
regarding the compensation of Rs. 13,50000/- per annum. I left the job on 09-07-2015.

Further to the above mentioned subject I would like to intimate that due to performance based issue I was relieved from my duties on 09.07.2015, however as per our mutual agreement I was not compensated ( 1 month & 9 days salary) after being relieved from my duties till date,as per policy after 45 days there are ready to pick phone even HR (Shalini) not picking her mobile also. which I also informed yourself several times over telephonic conversation to Companies HR Manager Mr. Shalini Sharma (0522-4028568, 08187960610).

It is requested to kindly help me to get my salary or full & final settlement for the total number of working days (40 days) , as I shall be grateful to your random act of kindness.

Kindly do the needful at an early.
