Dear All,
I have applied for airtel new broadband connection on July 16th 2015 my application number is TBLR-6976523. They have collected Rs.1000 for new connection from me.
Due to feasibility check they were not able to setup the broadband connection for my home. They said the advance amount (Rs.1000) will be refunded through cheque in 20 working days.
Now it almost 2 months over. Still i did not get the refund from airtel.
I have called to customer care so many times and when ever i call, they will take new compliant and say “It will take 20 working days”.
Still they did not refund my money. Hope airtel will take corrective action by seeing this post.
Otherwise I will try to damage their products or brand name.
