Neo City Builders,

This is Pankaj Yadav, owner of Flat E-505 phase-2 Neo City. The purpose of this post is to highlight the sufferings I’m going through by buying a flat is Neo City. I was promised the possession of my flat in Dec, 2014 (it’s mentioned in my Registration Agreement as well). Then I was told a new possession date of May, 2015. Then again a new date, i.e. 15th Aug, 2015. Today is 7th Sep,15 but there is no sign of possession happening at least for the next couple of months.
I personally visited the site yesterday and saw my flat. Seeing the present condition, it nowhere looks like possession would be possible for atleast another couple of months. It has been really frustrating to hear new possession date every time, The pace of the work is very very slow.
I don’t understand the reason for this delay. Earlier I was told that its due to shortage of raw material (sand, etc.) but I fail to understand any more reasons now.
To add to it, I’m not at all happy with the sales team. They are always lying, they have lost the credibility now.

Hope you can understand the pain and frustration, we, as customer of Neo city are going through.
