i had a credit card the outstanding payment as on 70,000. but my utilisation is only 24000/,past 3years back.i didnt pay money ,after 1year i get a call from bank to pay and settle your account ,at the time the amount was 50,000. i deposited a amount of 20000/, they didnt given me any letter for that,then after 2years i got a notice from bank that u r outstanding amount is 74000 and court fee is 20000 the total amount is now94000. i request the manager that i can pay only 20000 as a final amount. they are telling to pay at least 40000+20000 for court fees ,other wise we go to file a EPon you we get degree to file a EP on u.
i am shocked abt that what can i do now
