while booking of flat in klj greens , their Dealer karambhoomi has told us this flats comes under delux specifications i.e 5 ACs , wooden flooring in master bedroom and semi modular kitchen.
now both klj & karambhoomi are running from their commitments . they are now not giving our 2 acs and wooden flooring in mater bedroom.

do we have an association of buyers in klj so that we take the builder with a twisted hand..lets join hands to get the best. so that what are the legal hassels in the flat /land/ bulder we come th know. i have a flat in platinum plus project.
