This company telephoned my wife stating they are calling from ICICI Bank, are offering some rewards and took the card number from her (which is our fault). They subsequently charged Rs. 7999 on her card and I had to cancel all her cards. My complaint to ICICI Bank is still unresolved. Bank sent documents submitted by VCEE ESS which clearly shows they have forged my wife’s signature. I would like to know how best to take action against them.

A fraud transaction was also carried out from my Credit Card (HDFC). HDFC bank now says the transaction was secured . I do not know how ??. How a transaction can take place without Pass Word ??.
